School Wide Assessments

Several times each school year, LMA administers the NWEA MAP Growth assessments in reading, language and math to all students. These tests measure achievement and growth on Common Core State Standards, and compare them to the national averages of their grade level. This provides teachers with information they need to support individual students in their classes, and provides students and their families with a record of students’ academic progress. NWEA MAP Growth assessments occur in the Fall, Winter, and Spring to align with the school terms so students, families and teachers can see how students progress each semester and school year.
